That’s why when I discovered ORGAID, I knew it would be a natural fit into our family of products. ORGAID is the brainchild of Dr. Ian Baek and is an organic, natural skincare line combining a science-based approach with small-batch craftsmanship.
Dr. Baek, the founder of ORGAID, is a scientist with a Ph.D. in Biomaterial Sciences from the University of Illinois. His initial area of research and interest was drug-delivery systems. One day, he read the labels on a few of his wife’s skincare products and was shocked by their harmful ingredients. When initially voicing his concerns with her current products, she expressed frustration with the lackluster results of existing organic skincare offerings. Realizing no appropriate options were available, Dr. Baek went on a mission to create more natural formulas his wife could safely use every day without sacrificing results. He quickly turned their bedroom into a laboratory and got to work. A testament to the ultimate love story, ORGAID was born—a results-driven skincare brand that provides effective formulas without harmful ingredients. Today, Dr. Baek personally runs the ORGAID lab in Anaheim, CA, bringing the products full circle from lab to home.
